Our board

We are part of the Thirteen housing group. This means that Thirteen is our parent organisation, overseeing the business and strategic direction of the partners in the group.

The partners are:

  • Erimus Housing
  • Housing Hartlepool
  • Tees Valley Housing
  • Tristar Homes
  • Thirteen Care and Support.

Each of the landlords has their own Boards – a group of people who ensure that your landlord is performing effectively and that the strategic decisions that have been made are fulfilled.

You can find out more about our Board members below.

Thirteen and the landlord partners are regulated by the Homes and Communities Agency which ensures that standards are met.

You can get more details about governance on the Thirteen website.
