AN EVEN wider choice of homes is on offer thanks to Compass, the sub-regional choice based lettings scheme.

The initiative, which covers five local authority areas, has launched a mutual exchange scheme, meaning homes can be swapped between members, with our approval.

Customers can complete an online application via the Compass website at www.compasscbl.org.uk or visit their local housing office where a housing officer will be on hand to help.

Once the application has been registered, you will be able to input your property details, upload photographs of your home and add your own marketing information, which will be checked by members of staff for approval.

Mutual exchange properties will initially be advertised across the Tees Valley, for six months, increasing your chances of finding someone who is interested in exchanging homes with you.
