AT Erimus Housing we are committed to delivering excellent services in a way that meets your needs.

This year we face even greater challenges as a result of the Government’s Comprehensive Spending Review (CSR) which has meant a reduction in the amount of money local councils have to provide services. This means money councils give us to provide services on their behalf has also dropped.

The CSR will also make changes to the benefits system which may result in some people receiving less money or limit the amount they can claim in housing benefit.
