Helping Regenerate

A team of residents meets regularly to look at regeneration and repairs issues.

The group's volunteers meet around every two months to discuss a range of issues, inlcuding designs, choices for tenants, performance and customer satisfaction.

The group's achievements to date are:

  • Contractors Code of Conduct
  • Input on new build bungalow design
  • Feedback on performance
  • Introduction of optional extras
  • Input on tenants' choice
  • Visits to site
