Asset Management Group
Helping Regenerate
A team of residents meets regularly to look at regeneration and repairs issues.
The group's volunteers meet around every two months to discuss a range of issues, inlcuding designs, choices for tenants, performance and customer satisfaction.
The group's achievements to date are:
- Contractors Code of Conduct
- Input on new build bungalow design
- Feedback on performance
- Introduction of optional extras
- Input on tenants' choice
- Visits to site
