To help Erimus Housing with the £103m Investment Plan work, three contracting partners have been selected to carry out modernisation work.

Dunelm Property Services, a large regional contractor based in Co Durham, hasrecently been carrying out work at Hemlinton and Whinney Banks. More recently in partnership with Erimus Building Services, Dunelm has started the £6.5m Environmental Improvement works.

 

ROK is a national contractor with a base in Teesside and is currently modernising homes in Grove Hill and Fleet House.

 

Erimus Building Services, set up by Erimus Housing as the in house contractor, has successfully completed works at Town Farm and Thorntree and has more recently commenced works at Newport and Beechwood. The base for EBS is at Cargo Fleet Lane.
