Improvement Programme Update

Erimus Housing is working in partnership with three contractors to carry out the Investment Programme:

Erimus Building Services (EBS)
Dunelm Property Services (DPS)
ROK Group

 

Dunelm Property Services who are a large regional contractor based in Co Durham have recently been carrying out work at Park End, Berwick Hills and Pallister Park. More recently in Partnership with Erimus Building Services they have commenced the £6.5 million Environmenta Improvement works.

 

ROK are a national contractor with a base in Teesside who have completed work in Pallister Park and Glastonbury House. They are soon to commence modernisation work on Thorntree House worth £1.2 million and the Grove Hill area.

 

Erimus Building Services set up by Erimus Housing as the ‘in house’ contractor they have successfully completed works at Easterfield and have more recently commenced works at Thorntree, North Ormesby and the Town area. Their local base is at Cargo Fleet Lane.
