Modernisation Work Consultation
Residents whose home is located in an estate which is to be modernised will initially be invited to an open day on our mobile exhibition unit.
At the open day, residents will have the opportunity to meet the contractor who will carry out any modernisation work in their home, ask any questions or raise concerns and also find out the modernisation date for their home.
At a later date, closer to the modernisation work starting, residents will be invited back to the exhibition unit to select the choices for their home, such as kitchen units and worktops and receive further information.
