Erimus Year 6 Investment Programme April 2010-March 2011
Erimus Housing has to date invested nearly £130m delivering a major programme of modernisation work to bring our homes up to modern day living standards. However the modernisation work to homes is an ongoing process and the improvement work to homes will continue throughout the coming year and beyond.
The extent of the work carried out to homes will depend upon the findings of a survey carried out by an Erimus Housing inspector, who will assess the age and condition of every home's fixtures and fittings. Where needed, new fittings will be installed as part of the modernisation work and internal and external property repairs may be carried out at the same time. Listed below are the estates inculded in this year's programme.

Our 2010/2011 Estate Improvement Programme
To date we have spent £6.5m on estate improvement work. All estate improvement work is subject to a survey but can include fencing repairs and recoating or where appropriate, new fencing, repairs to pathways, boundary walls and kerb lines.
