Erimus Housing is delivering a major programme of modernisation and improvement work to provide all tenants with housing that not only meets their needs but is also the first choice for rented accommodation in Middlesbrough.

A £103m repair and improvement programme will ensure that tenants' homes meet the government's Decent Homes target by the end of 2010.

Erimus Building Services has been selected to carry out the modernisation and improvement work.

Year six of the investment programme started in April 2010 and residents in the 2010/2011 investment programme are being contacted to advise them that they are included in the modernisations.
