Erimus Housing is delivering a major programme of modernisation and improvement work to provide all tenants with housing that not only meets their needs but is also the first choice for rented accommodation in Middlesbrough.
An estimated five-year £103m repair and improvement programme will ensure that tenants' homes meet the government's Decent Homes target by 2010.
Three contractors: Erimus Building Services, Dunelm Property Services and ROK Group, have been selected to carry out modernisation and improvement.
The fourth year of the investment programme will start in April 2008 and residents in the 2008/2009 investment programme are being contacted to advise them that they are included in the 2008/2009 modernisations.
