Demolition or "Clearance Areas"

If your home is included in the demolition area, a member of the regeneration team will visit you at your home and discuss options for rehousing. Our guide to moving home answers questions for tenants and explains the process of moving into another Erimus property.

If your property is in an area which Erimus Housing intends to demolish, we will discuss the purchase of your home with you. Each property will be valued at a fair market price known as the "open market value". Values vary between areas and house types, so it is impossible to say how much each individual house will be valued at.
