Before we make a decision to demolish a property, we will consider all other options and fully discuss the situation with our tenants and residents so that their views are incorporated into the final decision.

If you are a tenant or resident in a clearance area who needs to be rehoused, we will work closely with you on a one to one basis and provide as much information as possible to help you move to a new property. We will give you an information pack that explains what you need to do and what we will do for you.
