Demolition and Clearance
Before we make a decision to demolish a property, we will consider all other options and fully discuss the situation with our tenants and residents so that their views are incorporated into the final decision.
If you are a tenant or resident in a clearance area who needs to be rehoused, we will work closely with you on a one to one basis and provide as much information as possible to help you move to a new property. We will give you an information pack that explains what you need to do and what we will do for you. Further information is contained in the ‘Rehousing Information For Tenants and Residents’ section of this website.
