Regeneration is a key priority for Erimus in order to deal with unpopular areas and increase the quality and quantity of homes to rent and buy. We know that an attractive and safe community is important to residents and improves the popularity of an area.

Erimus Housing is embarking on exciting times with the development of new affordable homes throughout the area. Proposals are underway to include two new apartment blocks, along with houses and bungalows at St Paul’s Road, Newport and regeneration initiatives are in progress with the development of the Hemlington Master Plan which will see new properties for sale and shared ownership and existing homes modernised. 

We recently completed our first Housing Corporation funded new-build scheme at St Francis Close, Acklam Green. This regeneration scheme has 16 bungalows and four houses for rent and 20 bungalows for shared ownership with over half now allocated. If you are interested, you can visit our show home which is open Thursdays and Fridays from 11am – 2pm and Saturday 11-1pm.
