At Erimus Housing we believe strongly in having effective performance management arrangements in place. With these arrangements we will know whether:

• We are delivering the desired results as set out within our strategic and annual plan;
• We are delivering upon the promises we made to our tenants at the time of transfer; and
• Whether we are meeting the needs and expectations of our tenants.

We measure performance using a number of performance indicators. These performance indicators are audited annually and performance against them will be published annually.
