Promises
Before Erimus Housing was formed, we made a number of key promises to our tenants, contained within the offer document. These set out service standards, tasks to be completed, and things Erimus Housing will do to improve our properties and estates, amongst other things.
In this section we will report how many of these promises we have already kept and what work is ongoing to ensure we deliver on the others.
