Performance Indicators (PIs)
Erimus Housing has a responsibility to its tenants and customers to make sure we are delivering excellent services.
One of the ways we do this is by the use of Performance Indicators (PIs) which relate to key areas of the business, and allow us to measure and monitor how well we are doing, identify areas for improvement, and learn from our successes. As an example, one PI measures how quickly we re-let a property once one of our tenants has moved out.
