Tenancy Inspections begin

TENANCY inspections have started across our estates, in response to your concerns.

Last year, many of you were involved in our consultation events, where you told us you felt we were not dealing with tenancy breaches as well as we could do.

One of your suggestions was to introduce yearly tenancy inspections, which we acted on, and the inspections started on 1st April.

Estate officers carry out the checks and you will be notified in writing of the date and time you can expect them to call at your home.

The inspection is simply to ensure your are complying with your tenancy agreement and also gives you the chance to tell us what you think we can do better.

The visits will also give you a chance to meet your estate officer and to ask questions.
