Own a Brand New Home from £55,000

COME and visit our new show home which offers an affordable route to home ownership.
Prices for a two bedroom bungalow start from £110,000.
Purchasing a 50% share of the property means buyers will only pay £55,000 alongside a monthly rental charge.
A 75% share will cost £82,500 as well as a monthly rental charge.
The shared ownership properties, being developed by Erimus Housing, are situated on a new development in the heart of west Middlesbrough.
The organisation is developing 40 properties on the site of the former St Francis School in the well established neighbourhood of Acklam Green.
While four houses and 16 bungalows will be for rent, 20 bungalows will offer the chance of home ownership to people who may previously have thought they could not afford it.
Through the shared ownership scheme, people can buy a 50% or 75% share and rent the rest from Erimus Housing, buying a further share when they can afford to.
The two bedroom ‘Chaloner’ bungalows have a range of modern features, including an ensuite to the master bedroom, a fully fitted kitchen with a choice of units, tiling and floor coverings, double glazed windows and secure doors and private car parking.
The properties have been designed by architects P&HS and are being project managed by Elliott Dent and built by Kendall Cross.
The new properties follow on from Erimus Housing’s first new build project at Ravendale Road in Priestfields, where two houses and two bungalows were completed earlier this year.
Chris Smith, Director of Regeneration, said: “We want to meet the modern day aspirations of local people, as well as meeting housing need in the best possible way we can and these properties have been designed with the involvement of residents.
"When it is complete, this scheme will not only offer more properties for rent in Middlesbrough, it will give people who thought they may not be able to afford a property a step on to the ladder.”
