Round two for mystery shoppers

RESIDENTS have tested our services in the second round of a special scheme.

A team of mystery shoppers visited our four area offices and one-stop shop in the town centre in a bid to check our progress and make further improvements to facilities for our customers.

The visits came just months after the first team of mystery shoppers inspected our sites and gave us their opinion on what we were getting right and what could be improved.

Now the second team has checked out the improvements and highlighted areas in need of change.

All our offices were thought to be welcoming, comfortable and informative places to visit, with Homechoice receiving special praise for its environment.

Concerns included inconsistencies in available leaflets and not displaying service standards and performance information and that not every member of staff was wearing a name badge.

The recommendations are already being acted upon but we are keen to involve more tenants in the mystery shopping exercise, as well as many other activities. For more information, contact Erimus Housing on 01642 773600.
