ERIMUS Housing residents can save up to £250 on fuel bills thanks to a new online resource.

The Energy Saving Trust advice centre North East is now offering all Erimus Housing residents the chance to find out more about the energy saving measures they could make in their home through the online tool.

By visiting www.energysavingtrust.org.uk/check, residents can complete a FREE home energy check, detailing the simple steps they can take to save energy in their home.

The check consists of five simple stages, gathering the information about individual properties and situations, to generate a realistic view of current energy use.

On average, completing the report will take five to ten minutes and the resulting report could help save up to £250 on a resident’s energy bills.

Residents can choose to view their report immediately or request a copy to be sent out in the post.
