Are you satisfied?

AS PART of our commitment to listening to your views, we carried out a postal survey during the summer to find out your views on our services.

A questionnaire was sent to more than 5,000 homes - which is around half of our tenants - asking about issues including your homes, communities and the helpfulness of our staff.

More than 80% of the respondents were satisfied with the service provided by Erimus Housing.  However the information we gained will be used to make even more improvements to our services.

The questionnaire also captured detailed information around household sizes and the age and well-being of our tenants.  We will use this to help us plan for the future and develop our services to meet the changing needs of our current and future tenants.

We found that 60% of respondents had been Erimus Housing tenants (formerly Middlesbrough Council) for more than ten years.

You also told us that:

• 77% felt their property represented good value for money
• 79% thought that the condition of their property was good
• 79% were satisfied with the area in which they live
• 87% thought our staff were helpful
• 81% were satisfied with the way we deal with repairs and maintenance
• 77% were satisfied with the opportunities to be involved in the decision making process

Two of our tenants also received an unexpected windfall for sending us their completed questionnaires.
