Residents Have A Say On New Proposal

ALL Erimus Housing residents are being invited to have their say on a new proposal which will lead to improvements.

The organisation is proposing to form a new joint housing group with Tees Valley Housing Group to share resources and expertise.

Both companies would retain their own identity and ownership of their housing stock but would be able to make savings to then invest in better services and build new homes.

Now residents are being asked for their views on the proposal via a letter which has been sent to every resident.

Responses must be in by Friday 9th November.
