Residents Rally Round to Have Their Say
SCORES of residents turned out to give their views at a special event in Middlesbrough.
More than 70 people attended Middlesbrough Teaching and Learning Centre to have their say at Erimus Housing's recent residents' consultation day.
Themes for discussion included service standards, regeneration schemes and housing management issues including the appearance of estates.
Actors even took to the stage with Erimus Housing employees to illustrate good and bad customer service.
