THE winner of Erimus Housing's Customer Service Employee of the Year award, voted for by residents, is Michael Khurana from the Resident Involvement team.

Michael, the resident involvement officer for Area 3, scooped the prize after being nominated by a number of residents.

One nomination said: “This young man is worth his weight in gold, I wish all staff were like him.”

He received his prize at our staff conference, which was held recently.
