RESIDENTS can now look at our work over the last year in more detail after our latest tenants’ Annual Report was published.
A copy of the document has been sent to all tenants and leaseholders after it was worked on by a group of residents and staff members from the company.
A number of tenants were consulted as part of the process to have a say on what they would like the report to show.
The tenants chose a weather theme to show how Erimus Housing is performing to ensure it is easy to understand.
The report also asks for residents’ feedback so that we can continue to improve future reports.
