ERIMUS Housing today unveiled a revamped look for its corporate logo.
The branding of the Middlesbrough-based landlord and developer has been refreshed after almost eight years.
The new logo not only gives the company a fresh identity, it reflects Erimus Housing’s membership of Fabrick Housing Group, which it created in partnership with Tees Valley Housing.
The group was set up to share resources and expertise, to have a bigger influence in the region and to ensure customer needs were being fully met.
Adapting the Erimus logo to the group style already adopted by Tees Valley Housing and parent company Fabrick, helps communicate that group message.
The new logo will be introduced gradually, allowing items to be renewed naturally and for current stocks to run out.
Chris Smith, Managing Director of Erimus Housing, said: “After almost four years as a member of Fabrick Housing Group, we felt the time was right to refresh our logo.
“Erimus may have a new look but there are no changes to the company. We will continue to provide services to residents in the best way to meet their needs and develop new homes with a range of tenure options.
“The 2012 year brings with it some exciting new projects for Erimus Housing so it is great timing to update the corporate identity.”
