We know there are times when there are things you are not happy about that you will want to raise with us. We aim to give an excellent service to our customers. If we get things wrong we want you to tell us so we can put them right and learn from our mistakes.
If you are unhappy with the service you receive from us you can make a complaint by speaking to our Home Ownership Team, emailing us, completing a complaints form or in writing.
We will do our best to try and resolve any issue you may have immediately, however if this is not possible and you are not happy we do have a complaints procedure.
