What are management charges?
This charge is to cover all overheads, administration of the service and staff time. The management charge for your property will be detailed in your service charge schedule.
An example of what the management charges includes is as follows:-

- Information technology system
- Calculation and administration of invoices and service charges
- Leasehold management service
- Debt recovery costs
