What can I do online with i-Housing?

I-Housing enables tenants to self-service without the need to call or drop in to the office.

Tenants can:

• View rent account balances and statements
• Pay rent securely on-line
• Report repair requests
• Track repair requests

Getting Access

You will need to call our customer service team on 08000 461600 and explain you would like to register for i-Housing.  We will send you an e-mail within five working days confirming your personal login and secure password once your identity has been verified.  Please keep your login and password safe.

Once registered, you can enter your details and access your property account via the website. Consider adding the link as a ’favourite’.
