Concierge Manager
Salary Scale: (SO1) £24,270 to £25,878 per annum
37 Hours Per Week
We are looking to recruit a Concierge Manager to provide a quality concierge service.
This service is currently undergoing major change and will eventually provide cover 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The door entry and CCTV technology is also being upgraded and knowledge of such equipment is desirable.
As the ideal candidate you will have experience of change and interim management, as well as the ability to manage a team. You will possess all the necessary associated skills; management and supervision of staff shift rotas, as well as managing holidays and sickness etc.
You will be required to work in partnership with a number of internal and external agencies to deliver this service, therefore excellent communication skills are essential. You will also be flexible enough to work outside of normal working hours on occasion, which is reflected in the salary scale.
This is a very challenging role and crucial to our organisation. The right person will be key to us providing an excellent customer focused service.
