About Us
Erimus Building Services (EBS) is the in-house construction and maintenance team of Erimus Housing and is part of Fabrick Housing Group. We employ over 200 trade and technical staff and deliver a wide range of services not only to Erimus Housing but toother social landlords and local authorities in the Tees Valley area.
We are proud to be delivering excellent services to our customers and have built up a great reputation for offering high quality services including traditional repairs and maintenance, voids repairs and adaptation works, to medium/large scale decent homes, investment and planned works.
We are part of the award winning 'Erimus Partnership' for our delivery of Erimus Housing’s Decent Homes programme, picking up the North East Constructing Excellence Award for Innovation and Collaborative Working in 2008.
