Service Charges
A service charge is a payment made by a resident towards the cost of providing and maintaining communal areas and facilities.
Erimus Housing has been carrying out a review of the service charges paid and the services provided and we are now about to enter into the consultation stage.
All residents affected by this process will be invited to attend one of the consultation events. See flyer here.
