Customer Satisfaction Survey - September 2007

Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete our satisfaction survey.

The questionnaire was sent to 5,182 tenants and 1,520 forms were returned – around a 29% return. The views of our tenants are extremely important to us and feedback is essential in helping us identify areas where we can improve our service.

The information we collected will be used to help us find out what you expect from us as your landlord and what your main concerns are and this will influence our priorities for the future.

Some of the results from the survey are highlighted below:

  • 84.1% of respondents were satisfied with the overall service we provide.
  • 92.5% of respondents were satisfied that it was easy to contact us.
  • 79.5% of respondents were satisfied with the way we deal with repairs and maintenance.
  • 88.7% of respondents were satisfied with their accommodation.
  • 77.9% of respondents were satisfied with their area as a place to live.
  • 82.7% of respondents were satisfied that we kept them well informed.

There was also a prize draw included in the survey and two tenants each scooped a prize of £100 worth of vouchers for a store of their choice.
