Consultation Events
As you may be aware, we are reviewing all our customer facing services delivered by Erimus Housing and Tees Valley Housing and have named this process 'Project Weave'.
A key part of this is that we understand what is important to our customers. We recently held a series of consultation events aimed at gathering residents' thoughts on current services and how they should be delivered in the future.
We wanted as many customers as possible to attend these events as we needed them to tell us what really matters to them and how we can improve our services in the future.
