At Erimus Housing we want to provide homes people love and that’s why we have embarked on exciting new projects to build new homes. 

Our new homes have been designed in consultation with our Residents' Panel and the Regeneration Focus Group and we have used their suggestions and recommendations wherever possible to ensure they meet current and future housing needs

We are also a member of the SPIRIT Partnership (www.spiritpartnership.co.uk) with six other housing associations in the region and were awarded funding as part of the Housing Corporation's National Affordable Housing Programme.
