Building Homes for the Future
At Erimus Housing we want to provide homes people love and that’s why we are embarking on an exciting new project to build new homes in Middlesbrough.
Our new homes have been designed in consultation with our Residents' Panel and the Regeneration Focus Group and we have used their suggestions and recommendations wherever possible to ensure they meet current and future housing needs
We are also a member of the SPIRIT Partnership (www.spiritpartnership.co.uk) with six other housing associations in the region and have been awarded resources from the recent round of funding as part of the Housing Corporation's National Affordable Housing Programme. As a result of the previous round of funding, we have now completed 40 new homes at St Francis Close, Acklam Green.
