We own around 10,500 homes and we’re a not-for-profit housing association which means any money we make is ploughed straight back into our homes and services.

In November 2004, Middlesbrough Council Housing Services carried out the process of 'stock transfer' - transferring its housing staff and properties to form Erimus Housing.

Erimus is the largest provider of social housing within Middlesbrough and also owns six sheltered housing properties in Stockton following a positive vote by tenants in 2007.

Erimus Housing has a wealth of experience in delivering large-scale refurbishment projects and delivered all 75 promises made to tenants in the Middlesbrough transfer process.

We run the homeless service for Middlesbrough Council and operate many award winning projects, including financial inclusion and citizenship schemes.
