An Exciting Opportunity has Arisen to Join the Fabrick Board

In 2008, we brought Erimus Housing and Tees Valley Housing together to ensure that we excel at everything we do – from building new homes to regenerating communities.

Due to changes to the composition of our Board, an exciting opportunity has arisen for two independent board members to join us.

This opportunity is for you, if you:

• Are a person who relishes the challenges faced by social housing and regeneration
• Want to share your skills, expertise and knowledge
• Wish to take on the role of a non-executive board member

The role is remunerated and you will need to be able to commit to a minimum of 37 hours a year to prepare for and attend Board, Committee and training meetings.

Full training and support will be given on appointment to the role.
