Service Standards
We recently reviewed our service standards, with your help, so that anyone who uses any of our services is clear about the level of service they can expect to receive from us.
We will monitor our performance against all service standards and report the results to tenants and leaseholders in our newsletters as part of our normal performance reporting. This information is also reported to our Boards on an annual basis.
We will review our service standards every two years and we will ask you to help us with this at one of our 'you said, we did' events.
We always aim to deliver excellent services and we expect that:
- Our staff will always be polite.
- You will be treated fairly.
- We will always take any special needs you may have into consideration and, where we can, tailor our services to meet those needs.
- When offering our services we will treat everyone fairly no matter what their race, disability, gender, age, sexuality or religious beliefs.
